Magnum Opus Mindfulness programme is an experiential workshop developed to address complex cognitive skills that are based on cutting-edge neuroscientific research on mindfulness and emotional intelligence (EI). Our training programme cultivates engagement, authenticity and creativity in participants.

A developed emotional intelligence helps sustain peak performance, collaborate successfully, be compassionate and effective. According to Daniel Goleman, a leader in the field of EI, the development of emotional intelligence relies on becoming more self-aware through mindfulness.

Mindfulness is a mental state achieved by focusing one’s awareness on the present, while calmly acknowledging and accepting one’s feelings, thoughts, and reactions. Mindfulness helps improve judgement and emotional balance, especially in difficult situations.
